The CenterFirst Story

CenterFirst was founded in 2004 by Pete Guillot, a pharmaceutical executive with 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical contact center operations and sales and marketing management. Pete saw the contact center as a growing channel for bio-pharmaceutical companies to use when interacting with customers and patients. CenterFirst’s consulting practice has now expanded to deliver customer centered programs and services across all bio-pharmaceutical functional areas in the US and across the globe.
